1. About Hydra and these Terms

These Terms govern access to Hydra’s website and use of Hydra’s products and authorised sales channels. “Hydra”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean M/S. HYDRA, an RJSC-registered general partnership under the Partnership Act, 1932, Registration No. P-58051/2026, registered on 24 September 2026.

2. Products

Hydra offers water-filtration bottles, replacement filters and related accessories. Product descriptions, prices, colours, specifications and availability may change.

3. Website use

  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse forms or communications.
  • Hydra may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, customers or Hydra.

4. Product information and availability

Hydra seeks to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurate. Minor visual differences may occur. A material specification stated in the applicable product listing, order or specification schedule controls for that transaction.

5. Filtration performance

Hydra’s approved product-performance claim is that its applicable filtration system provides 99% removal of the stated target contaminants: bacteria, parasites and microplastics. The claim is not a representation that every contaminant is removed, that all water sources are safe under every circumstance, or that use of the Product guarantees a health outcome.

Performance depends on the applicable Product configuration, water characteristics, filter condition, operating conditions and proper use. Customers must follow the Instructions and applicable filter-replacement requirements.

6. Testing, certification and regulatory status

Hydra may describe testing, evaluation and certification only according to the underlying records applicable to the relevant Product. Testing, evaluation, certification and regulatory approval are distinct concepts. Hydra will not represent a Product as BSTI-certified or otherwise regulator-approved unless the relevant status has actually been obtained and applies to that Product.

7. Orders, pricing and payment

An Order is a request to purchase unless and until Hydra accepts it. Hydra may decline or cancel an Order for genuine unavailability, material listing error, inability to complete payment, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law. Prices and applicable taxes, delivery charges and payment methods will be disclosed through the applicable sales channel.

8. Delivery

The Customer must provide accurate delivery information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Hydra may use third-party logistics providers. Risk allocation and delivery terms are subject to applicable law and the applicable Order.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund rights are governed by Hydra’s Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.

10. Product safety and proper use

  • Read and follow the Instructions before use.
  • Use the Product only for its intended purpose and within its substantiated performance scope.
  • Inspect the bottle, cap, filter and relevant connections before use and do not use a damaged Product.
  • Do not modify, disassemble or repair the filtration system except as expressly permitted.
  • Do not use incompatible or counterfeit components where they may affect safety or performance.
  • Replace filters according to the applicable Instructions and service-life requirements.
  • Stop using a Product if a serious safety, contamination or performance concern arises and contact Hydra promptly.

11. Intellectual property

Hydra owns or is authorised to use its Website content, trademarks, logos, product materials, photographs, text and other protected materials except identified third-party material. No ownership interest is transferred merely by Website access or Product purchase. Commercial reproduction requires prior written permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

12. Reviews and user content

If Hydra enables reviews or other submissions, the contributor must have the rights necessary to submit the material. Hydra may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate, subject to applicable law.

13. Privacy and third-party services

Personal data processing is governed by Hydra’s Privacy Policy. Third-party services, payment providers, logistics providers and external links may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

14. Liability and indemnity

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to Applicable Law, Hydra is not responsible for loss caused solely by the Customer’s unlawful conduct, material breach, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow Instructions. Any limitation of liability is subject to mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable product, personal-injury and other liabilities.

A Customer who causes loss through unlawful conduct or material breach shall be responsible to the extent permitted by law, but no provision shifts to the Customer liability caused by Hydra’s own breach or non-excludable liability.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for material delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to mitigate the effect and resumes performance when reasonably possible.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bangladesh law. Any dispute mechanism used by Hydra must comply with Applicable Law and preserve mandatory consumer rights.

17. Changes, severability and notices

Hydra may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version and date, and communicated where required. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
